Refund policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If your item arrives damaged or has a major quality issue, please contact our customer support team immediately at support@bagrino.com with clear photos of the defect. We will review it and guide you through the solution.
Please note that customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
