Returns

Changed your mind? No problem. You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return it for a full refund — no questions asked.

To start a return, contact us at support@bagrino.com and we'll confirm the return address. For change-of-mind returns, you cover the cost of return postage.

Faulty or damaged items: Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll arrange a full refund or replacement — we'll cover the return postage.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving your return, to your original payment method.
